After a transformative decade with Canadian Mountain Holidays, the pioneers of heli-skiing and a company renowned for extraordinary hospitality, Pamela was recruited to Jackson Hole where she led the opening of Caldera House. Working directly with ownership, she spent two years shaping the brand, design, floor plans and every department required to operate the dynamic property. After six years at the helm and upon assembling a team of over 100 employees, Caldera House became one of the most talked-about independent properties in the United States, earning recognition from Architectural Digest, Vogue, Goop, Forbes and Travel + Leisure.

The pull to be closer to family eventually won, and she relocated back to Canada. Building solely on referrals and word-of-mouth her career now spans across boutique hotels, hotelified vacation rentals, outdoor hospitality businesses, startups and private-equity-backed portfolios. Years of immersive, hands-on experience creating, operating and optimizing hospitality businesses, has given her the rare ability to move confidently between nearly every department - human resources, finance, guest services, marketing, sales and operations.

This breadth makes her a highly efficient resource for owners, providing a single point of contact across multiple areas of the business.
